At SNS Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused SNS products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
